About the Company
Naunet Floral is a Miami-based luxury floral design studio specializing in high-end brand activations, fashion events, museums, and select weddings. The studio works with globally recognized brands and produces large-scale, concept-driven floral installations, with expansion plans beyond Miami.

The Business Challenge
As the creative force behind the brand, Daniela built Naunet Floral on artistic vision. Over time, that creativity became buried under administrative work. She was managing inquiries, contracts, invoicing, logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site problem solving, often all at once.
During peak weeks, multiple large events ran simultaneously across different locations. Daniela found herself managing calls, trucks, and teams while barely able to oversee design. Long days regularly stretched late into the night, and important details began slipping, including overbuying product and delayed responses to inquiries.

The Solution
YSO partnered Daniela with Valeria, a trained virtual assistant, while also helping design the operational foundation of the business.
Together, they implemented HoneyBook as a centralized CRM to manage inquiries, booked events, and active projects. Clear workflows were created from inquiry to execution so work could be delegated without bottlenecks.
Valeria took ownership of high-impact operational tasks, including:

Calendar coordination and call scheduling
Invoicing, payments, contracts, and insurance documents
Call support and detailed note-taking
Internal task tracking and follow-ups
Event-day logistical support
YSO remained involved in training and oversight, allowing Daniela to delegate without having to train or manage everything alone.
