Role Requirements
• 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency background is a strong plus)
• 2+ years of sourcing candidates on LinkedIn; experience with additional sourcing tools preferred
• Experience recruiting in both the US and LATAM markets
• Familiar with a variety of ATS and CRM platforms
• 1+ year working remotely on a small, non-corporate team
• Must speak and write fluent English
• Must have a reliable backup internet connection
Responsibilities
• Source candidates across job boards and LinkedIn for a variety of open roles
• Post and manage job ads across platforms to keep pipeline volume healthy
• Manage and maintain the recruitment pipeline, keeping it accurate, organized, and up to date
• Handle candidate communications throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
• Coordinate and schedule final-round interviews between candidates and the team
• Manage paid trials from kickoff to completion
• Support quick onboarding once a candidate is hired
• Continuously iterate on workflows and systems to improve the recruiting process
